Hi! I'm Jemaline Pengkiyen, creator of Pink Lotus  General Virtual Assistant Services.  I pride my self as a self-starter and independently motivated,but equally thrives in team efforts and collaborate productively within groups.

 

 

My work experiences as a call center agent, administrative officer and online English teacher has served me well in developing effective oral and written communication, well-rounded customer service background,  management skills,  and interpersonal skills. 

I took my  freelancing course and training with Filipino Virtual Assistance Academy and possess a comprehensive skill set in general administrative tasks,customer care and services and social media management and marketing including accounts creation and optimization,content planning and creation.
